While I’m not one for making new year’s resolutions (I work better with bite-sized goals), I love a good January reset when it comes to fitness and overall health. After a non-stop holiday season filled with, well, too much of a good thing, my body is begging me for a good night’s sleep (sans cocktail) and a good sweat.

While I can’t make any promises on a dry January, I will be following through on the sweat session with extra time on the tennis court. If you’ve been following along with me for a little awhile then you know how much I love to play tennis. While it doesn’t take a lot of prodding to get me on the court, a little motivation in the form of some fresh gear never hurts.
