The timing is especially good because we’re finally at the point in the season when I actually want to buy fall clothes. Think great denim, sweaters I can start wearing now, boots, jackets, and the accessories that make everything already in my closet feel new again. My strategy with this sale is usually to start with the bigger-ticket pieces I already have my eye on, then fill in with the everyday essentials, including (but certainly not limited to!) these jeans and this cozy sweater. These are exactly the kind of flat I’d wear with everything from dark denim to black trousers. An easy way to level up a very simple outfit.

This is the sweater I want with jeans, trousers, skirts—everything. The slightly oversized shape is what makes it feel current, but it’s still completely classic.

A black dress with just enough detail to keep it from feeling basic. I love this for dinners, events, or any night when I want to look dressed without having to think too hard.

I keep gravitating toward brown this fall, and this feels like such a useful layer. Great over denim now and equally good with black trousers once it cools down.

Exactly the kind of denim I’m reaching for right now: relaxed, flattering, and easy to dress up or down. I’d wear them with a fitted knit and flats during the day, then a heel at night.

These are such a good alternative to denim. The shape feels sophisticated without being corporate, and I love them with a simple knit or crisp white shirt.

I love this silhouette because the sleeves offer a slightly different spin on a classic button-down. Easy, sharp, and especially good with denim.

The color is what got me here. It feels very fall but still unexpected, and the draping makes it much more flattering than your average going-out top.

The silhouette is what makes this one. Feminine, dramatic in the right way, and exactly the sort of dress that looks better the moment you put it on.

This icy color is just so good. The simple shape + sequin combo make it special without becoming overly formal, which makes it ideal for fall events and weddings.

A black dress, but not a boring one. I love the fuller skirt and clean neckline—classic enough to keep for years, but still feels very now.
