There is something about September that makes me want to completely rethink my closet—even when it’s still 90 degrees outside. 

My focus this fall is a little bit of everything: great jackets, fresh denim, really good knits, and the accessories that make the things already in my closet feel new again. I’m still very into chartreuse, adding more chocolate brown to the mix, and keeping an eye out for a few special pieces that will carry me straight into party season. Also on the list: a great skirt, the perfect fall flat, and a hero handbag—or two. And I’m just getting started.
