A quick peek at a look from last week filled with some of my best basics, including the newest addition: Pistola’s “Penny” jeans.  I’ve had these jeans for less than two weeks and they’ve already made my list of best-ever. Let’s discuss.

They check all of my boxes: comfortable (maybe most ever), slightly cropped at the ankle, and a super high-rise that hits at just the right spot on my waist. They’re all of that – and more –  but what really sealed the deal for me is that they come without pockets. The first thing I always do when I find a white pair of jeans I love is take them to the tailor to have the pockets removed. (I hate when pockets show through white jeans. It adds a bulkiness that I definitely don’t want.)  But with these, no trip to the tailor required.

Oh. Did I mention they’re under $150? Icing on the cake!
