I’d be lying if I said that a not-so-small part of my love of tennis is the style that comes with it. (After all, I’ve dedicated an entire section of the shop to the subject.) While the skirts (currently loving this one) and little white dresses take center stage, the accessories (personalized balls, anyone?), especially the tennis bag, are not to be forgotten.

After not having one for basically ever, Santa surprised me last Christmas with my very own – very chic –  tennis bag. It has been a game-changer, eliminating the extra clutter (I was always walking on and off the court with my hands fulls) and streamlining my tennis look.

But long before Santa delivered, I had been hunting for one on my own and ergo have done a lot of perusing of tennis bags. I found a lot of great options in a variety of styles – from simple racquet covers  ($28!) that can be personalized with a hand-painted monogram to over-the-shoulder styles that are roomy enough for multiple racquets, a pair of tennis shoes, and more. Even so, I still have to say that I think there’s a hole in the market here. I think there’s room for a collection of well-designed bags that are equal parts sporty and chic. Thoughts? Who wants to jump on that?
